Just off of the living room is a galley kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, natural gas range, granite counters, and a large breakfast bar that offers counter seating for four. Across from the kitchen the dining table can seat up to ten guests. The main floor also has a large laundry room, pantry and half bath.

Head down to the lower level to find a second living area equipped with a large flatscreen television, Xbox One gaming console with games, sectional sofa, and an air hockey table. Step out to the back patio to enjoy the private hot tub while experiencing the dramatic Steamboat sunsets, the perfect ending to a day of outdoor adventures. The two car heated garage offers lots of storage including ski racks, and the mud room off the garage entry has a bench, cubbies, and hooks.

Located on the main level, the master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, enjoys views towards the Flat Tops mountains from the private balcony, and boasts an en-suite bathroom with dual sink vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub. Upstairs you'll find two well-appointed guest bedrooms each with King beds, large closets, and private en-suite bathrooms. At the top of the stairs there is a loft overlooking the living room that is both a quiet reading corner with elevated views of the mountains and an optional sleeping space with a Twin Frontgate air bed. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level and offers two sets of Twin bunk beds and utilizes a full bathroom located just off the hallway.
