Forming the focal point of this sprawling private home rental is a large Great Room with vaulted ceilings, enormous windows exposing majestic mountain views, and a magnificent stone fireplace with designer furnishings filling the room. Just off of the living room is a unique breakfast bar that is ideal for entertaining and an adjacent gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops, center island cooking area, and upscale appliances that will please the most fickle chefs in the group. An elegantly appointed dining area with seating for up to twelve, a stone fireplace, and lounge area is on the opposing side of kitchen from the living room.

Lookout Lodge offers several living areas boasting a variety of outstanding vacation amenities. Overlooking the dining area is a loft that holds a pool table, dartboard, wet bar, sofa, and bathroom. A second loft area equipped as an office with a desk, computer, and sofa is open to the living room below. On the lower level guests will find a tastefully appointed family room with designer furnishings focused on a gas fireplace and flat screen television, wet bar, and access to the private hot tub on the back patio. Movie night or game day will be spent in the theater room featuring a 108-inch projection system, lounge chairs, and beanbag chairs. Five bedrooms plus bedding in some of the living areas provides an abundance of space and sleeping arrangements that is ideal for multiple families or larger groups of friends with couples and singles in the party. Two master suites furnished with King beds are on the main level, each includes a private bathroom and television with one offering access to a private deck and a jetted tub. Three bedrooms, two with Queen beds that share a bathroom, one with a Twin Bunk bed plus a Captain's Bunk that has a Twin on the top and Queen on the bottom as well as a private bathroom, are on the lower level off of the family room. Additional sleeping arrangements include a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the pool table area and one in the office area plus a Twin bunk bed in the lower level family room.
