Featuring a bright and open layout, the main level living area of this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom private vacation home is framed by a wall of windows allowing tons of light to pour in while providing access to the large deck with outdoor furnishings and a barbecue grill. Set under vaulted ceilings, the living room offers comfortable furnishings focused on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television. Just off the living room is a large dining table seating up to 9 with chair and bench seating. Boasting stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for 3, the fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living room and dining area.

Located on the main level off of the great room, the primary suite is furnished with a King bed, enjoys direct access to the private hot tub, and boasts a private bathroom with a dual sink vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Ideally outfitted for the kids in the group, occupying the third level is a large bedroom equipped with a Captain's Bunk with a Twin on top and Full on the bottom plus a Twin Trundle bed that pulls out from underneath, two Twin beds, and a private bathroom. Two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom are located on the lower level, one has a Queen bed while the other offers a Full-over-Full custom bunk bed.

After a day of outdoor adventures, return to relax in the private hot tub located on the deck in the primary bedroom. Walk to the shops and restaurants in the Base Village or jump on the town bus, just a minute walk away, to explore the action in downtown Steamboat Springs.
