Featuring a chic, mountain modern design with vaulted ceiling and large windows exposing breathtaking views and interaction with the mountains. Ideally designed for entertaining, your vacation home has an open concept floor plan in the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a large, yet cozy atmosphere. The accordion-style kitchen doors allow for a true indoor/outdoor experience perfect for large groups to enjoy the fire pit and grill just outside the kitchen. Enjoy home cooked meals in the full kitchen or spend time relaxing in front of the gas fireplace in the open living room. This perfect combination between luxury and location features the latest furnishings and appliances including quartz countertops and beautifully crafted wood cabinets. Porcelain, glass and ceramic tile are featured throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. 

Steps lead up to a 4th floor rooftop deck with unencumbered views of the mountains with a private hot tub where you will spend hours relaxing after a day of fun on the slopes. The lower level family room is equipped with a foosball table for after ski fun! Equipped with air conditioning throughout the second and third floor, you can keep cool on those warm summer days. 

This residence sleeps up to thirteen guests, with a king-size bed in the master and queen-size beds in the second and third bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is configured with 2 twins which can easily be converted to a king and a captain’s bunk bed in the fifth bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the lower level family room for additional sleeping. The well-appointed master bath offers a standing shower and dual vanity sinks, while the second and third bathrooms are configured with a bathtub shower combo and walk-in shower stall.

Flat Tops 2525 Residence also features a heated driveway along with an oversized 1 ½ car garage with space to store skis, boots, etc. There is also access to the amazing amenities right next door at Trailhead Lodge including a 25m heated lap pool open year-round, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, game room, an outdoor fire-pit and access to the Wildhorse Gondola which takes guests up to Gondola Square. On call shuttle service is also available.
