Sprawling and expansive, the main level sits atop the Falconhead Lodge and touts an impressive Great Room as its focal point. Vaulted ceilings add to the open feeling of the living area on the main level which features quality furnishings centered on a magnificent stone fireplace and framed by massive windows that expose inspiring views of the Yampa Valley, the ski slopes, and the base area. Seating twelve, the dining area is located just off of the living room and gourmet kitchen which offers an additional five seats at the breakfast bar. Elegant custom wood cabinetry with wide-plank rustic wood flooring and custom tile work add a warm feeling to the gourmet kitchen which is open to the living room and dining area.

Connected by an elevator as well as an incredible open staircase built from large timbers and steel with a four story window, the mid level of Falconhead Lodge is like a second home. This level offers a second living room with a large pit sofa focused on a fireplace, another full kitchen with a five-person bar, and a second dining table that seats ten. Again, large windows exposing dramatic views are featured throughout this level. One more living area with a sitting area, wet bar, and wine cellar is offered on the lower level. Access to the covered deck with a private hot tub is also on the lower level of Falconhead Lodge.

Distributed over the multiple levels of this fine residence are six spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms. Each level touts a master suite furnished with a King bed and including a private luxury bathroom, the main level master also has a gas fireplace and deck access. Two of the mid-level bedrooms are Bunk rooms with a Twin Bunk in one and a Captain's Bunk offering a Twin on top and Full on the bottom in the other, these rooms share a bathroom and a center wall that can be opened to combine the two rooms into one large bedroom. The remaining bedroom is located on the lower level and equipped with a Full bed plus a private bathroom. Additional sleeping arrangements are supplied by a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the mid-level living room and lower level family room plus there are Two Twin inflatable beds.
