Falconhead Grande Lodge offers an unparalleled vacation lodging experience from its perc on the Steamboat mountainside within a short shuttle of the lifts and the Steamboat base village. Boasting jaw dropping views of the Yampa Valley, this ten bedroom private residence with eleven bathrooms offers 14,328 square feet of luxurious living space and a comprehensive array of amenities. Comprised of two sides of a duplex and spread over three levels, this massive private lodge can accommodate up to 32 guests making it an ideal choice for multiple families or large groups looking for the ultimate Steamboat getaway.

An oversized stone fireplace serves as the focal point of each Great Room, which are located on the sprawling main floor. Vaulted ceilings add to the open feel of the living rooms along with expansive windows boasting views of the slopes, gondola, and base area. Each side of the home offers a gourmet kitchen and dining area adjacent to the living room. Featuring professional appliances throughout, the kitchens contain a large island along with a breakfast bar with room for five guests. The adjoining dining rooms are large and can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably at each main table.

Connected by elevators as well as open staircases built from large timbers and steel, the mid levels of Falconhead Grande Lodge are like a second home. This level offers an additional living room with a large pit sofa focused on a fireplace, another full kitchen with a five-person bar, and a second dining table that seats ten. Large expansive windows exposing dramatic views are featured throughout this level as well. The lower levels of Falconhead Grande Lodge offer a sports bar/rec room complete with a flat screen television and pool table along with a wet bar, wine cellar and access to a private covered deck with a hot tub.

Falconhead Grande Lodge’s 10 beautifully furnished and spacious bedrooms are distributed over multiple levels. Each level boasts two master suites with a luxurious bathroom and the masters on the main level contain gas fireplaces as well as access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level the bunkrooms may be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility in group size. The remaining bedrooms are located on the lower level and additional accommodations can be found via sleeper sofa in the mid-level living room and lower level family room.

This sprawling home has the feel of a private ski lodge due to its massive size and amazing breathtaking views. Smaller groups of up to 16 guests may choose to stay in either the North or South side of the duplex individually.
