Timer Peak Lodge\'s main level is comprised of an expansive Great Room with two-story high ceilings, exposed beam construction, and a wall of windows that allow for a bright atmosphere. Centered on a flat screen television and pot-belly stove, the living room offers quality furnishings and an abundance of space. Overlooking the living room is a gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar with seating for four guests. An adjacent dining area has seating for six and access to the back yard with a deck and private hot tub. An upper level game room off of the loft includes a pool table.

Four tastefully appointed bedrooms are spread over the multiple levels of Timber Peak Lodge providing bedding for up to sixteen guests. Furnished with a King bed, the main level master suite includes a private bathroom featuring a soaking tub and stall shower. Above the living room is a loft area with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and another master bedroom offering a Queen bed and private bathroom. Just above this level is a suite with a kitchenette, bedroom equipped with a Queen bed plus Two Twin beds, and a private bathroom. Another Queen bedroom is on the lower level and has a Queen Sleeper Sofa for extra sleeping space. Also on the lower level is a bonus room that includes Two Twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions.
