Offering a comfortable, yet sophisticated atmosphere, Temptation Residence is a spacious private vacation home located in close proximity to Park City Mountain’s base area. Boasting five bedrooms plus a den with six bathrooms, up to 12 guests can spread out, relax and enjoy a memorable vacation surrounded by cozy decor and superb alpine views.

Perched on the second floor, the living room offers a comfy, lodge-feel with leather sofas and plush chairs centered on a large wood-burning fireplace. There is also a small game table and an ornate wet bar adding to the entertainment possibilities of this cozy space. An open, adjacent kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry and an island breakfast bar with four unique wooden stools. Up to eight guests can eat or hang out at the dining table, which neighbors the kitchen and provides an excellent spot for meals or game night. Another enjoyable space to gather and hang out is the lower level den. Kick back on the plush sofa and catch a missed movie on the massive wall-mounted flat screen television, or challenge each other to one of the board games or cards provided. Temptation Residence also features a gorgeous backyard with a private hot tub, fire pit and small private landscaped pond.

Five comfortably-appointed bedrooms allow you and your guests a good night’s rest throughout your stay. On the main level, the master bedroom boasts a flat screen television, wood-burning fireplace and a comfy bed. Enjoy private separate his and her bathrooms offering walk-in closets, with one boasting a jetted tub and sauna. All of the remaining guest rooms are located on Temptation Residence’s lower level. Bedroom two features a cozy bed, and a private bathroom offering a sauna, while the third bedroom is geared for the youngest travelers and is connected to the den via a bathroom. Guest rooms four and five feature comfortable furnishings and forested views. If added bedding is required, a sofa bed in the den can accommodate up to two extra guests.
