Featuring an open floorplan that includes a designer furnished living room with fireplace and vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen, and large dining area, the main level of Pine Retreat is designed for large groups to gather and entertain. Custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and upscale appliances in the kitchen will make the chef in the group drool. A breakfast bar with seating for three separates the kitchen and dining area which includes an eight person table. Step out of the great room to the yard and enjoy a dip in the large hot tub or sit around the fire pit. Two bedrooms with Queen beds that share a bathroom are also located on the main level.

Venture downstairs for movie night in the theater room with stadium seating for six and a large screen television. Inflate the Aerobed and this room can be used as an additional bedroom since there is a private bathroom and doors.
