The Peak 9 Penthouse sits atop Breckenridge's ski-in/ski-out Beaver Run Resort located just steps away from the Beaver Run Super Chair with the Quicksilver chair just below at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort. As part of the Beaver Run Resort, this six-bedroom penthouse, which can sleep up to 20 people, provides all of the amenities and conveniences of a full service resort while still maintaining its own distinct character and charm.

As one of Beaver Run's premier offerings, the penthouse’s fully equipped kitchen has all of the conveniences of home containing granite countertops, an eat-in kitchen with seating for two, and a large dining room table for enjoying delicious cooked meals or simply gathering around for a game of cards.

Vaulted ceilings and wooden beams make the living room a bright open space to relax in after a great powder day on the slopes. Guests also enjoy the stone floor-to-ceiling wood fireplace, flat screen television, and wet bar complete with a wine refrigerator, all located in the living room space.

There are six bedrooms in the penthouse that can accommodate up to 20 guests. The deluxe master suite has its own full bath and mini fridge. Three of the other bedrooms also contain their own bathrooms. One bedroom has its own breakfast nook, and two others have office areas in the event that work needs to be attended to while on vacation. The expansive windows in this top floor space allow for beautiful views of the Breckenridge Ten Mile Mountain Range. 

Guests at Beaver Run Resort have access to two indoor and two outdoor heated pools, eight hot tubs, a children’s play area, video arcade, exercise room, sauna, and a wide variety of other seasonal activities and amenities.
