On the other side of the fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen boasts everything needed for your culinary artistry, along with granite countertops and a breakfast bar with three high top chairs. In the neighboring dining area, an enormous table can accommodate up to 12 guests for group meals or board game sessions. Step through glass doors between the dining room and living room onto the 1,200 square foot deck which offers several seating areas, a gas grill and a private relaxing hot tub. For even more space to spread out and enjoy vacation time, there is a family room on the lower level which features a plush sofa, large flat screen television and pool table with two contemporary stools.

Six well-appointed guest bedrooms are spread throughout this beautiful alpine retreat. There are dual main floor master suites which offer cozy bedding, gas fireplaces, deck access and flat screen televisions.  One of the private master bathrooms boasts a jetted tub. Four of the bedrooms sit on the lower level and feature elegant yet comfortable furnishings, guaranteed to enhance your vacation with a good night’s rest. If additional bedding is desired, a sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate extra guests.

Guests may utilize the private two-car garage and another three driveway spaces to park your crew’s vehicles while vacationing at Needle Peak Residence. Heavenly Ski Resort is a five minute drive and getting to Kirkwood takes around 45 minutes.
