Accommodations range from a standard hotel room to a two bedroom suite, each individually furnished and decorated. Depending on the size of your party, there is certainly an option that is perfect for your Breckenridge vacation. Hotel Room-Featuring two queen beds and 380 square feet of living space, each standard room also offers a separate sitting area along with a coffee maker, mini-fridge and a microwave. Studio-Located in Building 4 boasting easy slopes access, each 462 square foot studio offers a queen bed plus a queen sleeper sofa and a cozy living room/dining area. An efficiency kitchen is an added plus for those who prefer a quick meal or snack in their room. The Breckenridge Studio, also 462 square feet, features a larger kitchen with a full sized refrigerator as well as an increased living room space

Colorado Suite-Situated in Building 4 with excellent slopes access, this 617 square foot suite offers a spacious living room with a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a private balcony. An efficiency kitchen allows for a quick breakfast or mid-day snack. Bedding includes one queen bed with a queen sleeper sofa.

Summit Suite-Located in Building 4 and boasting 617 square feet, the Summit Suite features an open floor plan with a generous living room, a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a larger kitchen over the Colorado Suite and the Studio. Enjoy lovely views from the large windows seen from the living and dining area, as well as the private balcony. Bedding includes one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa.

One Bedroom Suite-Found in Buildings 1-3, each one bedroom suite boasts 717 square feet of living space including a full sized kitchen and a spacious living room with a cozy wood-burning fireplace. A private balcony offers views of the surrounding area which sits close to the heated pools, hot tubs, games room and spa. Bedding includes one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa.

Building 4 One Bedroom Suite-A bit larger and more luxurious than the other one bedroom suites, Building 4’s offers 775 square feet of living space with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and a wood-burning fireplace. The private balcony offers Rocky Mountain views and extends to become the only room at Beaver Run with a balcony off the bedroom. Bedding includes a queen bed along with a queen sleeper sofa.

Two Bedroom Suite-Offered in Buildings 1-3, the two bedroom suites feature a generous 1,223 square feet of living space with a comfortable living room complete with a wood-burning fireplace. Private balconies off the living room boast views of Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains. A fully equipped kitchen makes you feel right at home and dining areas offer tables large enough for everyone in your group. A master bedroom features one queen bed and a private bathroom while the second bedroom offers two queen beds and a private bathroom. Buildings 1-3 provide easy access to Beaver Run’s heated pools, hot tubs, games room and spa.
