Located just under six miles from the Breckenridge ski slopes in the restive town of Blue River, this contemporary log home offers four bedrooms plus a loft, with four and a half bathrooms, and is tastefully appointed to accommodate up to 12 guests. Boasting large wood beams, oversized windows and a high ceiling, the living room is spacious, yet cozy. Unwind on plush leather sofas and comfortable side chairs, while enjoying a roaring fireplace and the massive flat screen television. The neighboring kitchen is large and open, with gorgeous wood cabinetry, professional appliances and all your culinary necessities, including a large breakfast bar with six high-top stools. A quaint breakfast nook boasts antique decor, a fireplace, a large flat screen television and a charming farmhouse table for six, while a formal dining room boasts a larger, classic wooden table with room for eight guests. There are several additional spaces throughout the home to congregate and have some fun, including a cozy loft space, featuring several bookcases, an antique sewing table turned card table and seating, perfect for having a chat or relaxing with a good book. On the lower level, a generous-sized family room offers a large sofa, a game table, a massive flat screen television and the convenience of a fully stocked wet bar. Head through a door from this space onto the lower level patio, boasting several seating areas and the therapeutic private hot tub. A useful laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer adds to the ease and convenience of this alpine retreat.

Bavarian Mountain House offers four comfortably furnished guest bedrooms plus a loft, designed using the same unique blend of German antiques and rustic ski lodge elements as the rest of the home.  Located on the main level, the master bedroom features a plush bed, gorgeous views, and a private indulgent bathroom, boasting a soaking tub, a separate shower and a dual sink vanity. There are three bedrooms situated on the lower level, all featuring comfortable bedding with their own private bathrooms. Upstairs in the loft space, accessible via spiral staircase, up to four guests can sleep comfortably among rustic, yet cozy furnishings.  

A heated, two bay garage can store two vehicles with room for two more in the driveway.
