Although this is a duplex home, the property is actual comprised of the four bedroom rental with an attached caretaker unit.

Situated one level above the entrance is the main level great room with an open layout that incorporates a living room, dining area and kitchen. With vaulted ceilings and quality furnishings that include suede sofas and a flat screen television the living room offers a cozy space for relaxing in front of the fireplace. Off of the living room is a dining area with seating for six and an adjacent kitchen featuring Brazilian slate countertops, upscale appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for two. Hardwood flooring throughout the main level adds to the luxurious feel of 412 West Pacific.
