The name of this home was chosen by the homeowners because they want it to be just that, a Gathering Place. This home is situated in the alpine neighborhood of Peak 7 that offers the comfort of a private home in a more secluded environment that is only minutes from the slopes. A bright and cheery living room offers two sliding glass doors leading out to the spacious deck with breathtaking views. You'll gather around the gas fireplace, relaxing in comfortable furnishings while enjoying the TV, VCR/DVD combo, and stereo with CD player. There is also a quaint reading nook with a book shelf full of books.
Off of the living room is the kitchen and dining room which are ample in size providing a very inviting environment to gather. There is plenty of space for the cook with tons of counter space and an island. A spacious dining room is just off the kitchen with a large window and skylights to allowing light to fill the room. The dining table seats ten.

There is a Queen Murphy bed disguised as an armoire in the Family Room along with bathroom and a sauna.
