Once you pass through the entrance and enter the Copper Mountain Resort you will neither need nor want to leave. Every vacation need is within a short walk of all of the accommodations within the resort. With a large variety of dining options in both of the base villages, Copper Mountain’s après ski life is complete! With everything from pizza to filet mignon, country music to dance, and organized activities for children, there is something that will please everyone at Copper. DINING ON AND AROUND COPPER MOUNTAINIt is important to keep your energy level high to be able to enjoy all that Copper has to offer. Copper Mountain offers a large variety of dining establishments on the mountain & throughout the resort’s villages. As the resort continues to grow, the nightlife is becoming a draw at Copper. The town of Frisco is only 10 minutes down the Interstate and offers additional restaurants, shopping, & nightlife. Feel free to contact us for recommendations in Breckenridge, Vail, or Frisco…all are within 25 minutes of Copper Mountain.

AROUND THE VILLAGE
Camp Hale Coffee– With shops in the East & Center Villages, tasty coffee & pastries help get the day started right!

Starbucks– America's favorite coffee shop and then some is a Copper Mountain favorite as well. Located in the Passage Point building in the Center Village.

J.J.’s Rocky Mountain Tavern– This is a fun place for après ski with great entertainment & drink specials. During the day you can stop in for a wonderful lunch with a wide variety of wait-served dishes & salads. Hop out onto the Super Bee after lunch for a quick ride up to the top. Endo’s– In the heart of the Center village, Endo’s is a local favorite for filling burgers, tasty salad creations & other American dishes, a wide selection of beers, & party atmosphere. Food until 9:00 pm and the bar is rocking after the food stops. Alpinista Italian Bistro– Enjoy hearty bistro meals made fresh and from scratch in this popular restaurant. With kids' menus, happy hour specials, apres ski microbrews or wines by the glass, and a great patio make Alpinista Italian Bistro perfect for everyone.. Located in the Taylor's Crossing building. Chubs– Enjoy sweet treats and good eats on West Lake. Serving delectable crepes, fresh sandwiches, homemade soups, crisp salads, and ice cream daily. Chubs is also the place to rent ice skates in the winter! Located in the shops on West Lake around the ice rink. Salsa Mountain Cantina– Enjoy homemade tamales, rellenos & South Western specialties. Kids eat free on Sunday nights, local’s favorite bar. Located in the Center Village in the Snow Bridge Square building. Imperial Palace Chinese Food– Simply the best Chinese in Summit County, specializing in Mandarin, Taiwanese & Szechwan dishes! Authentically prepared Asian cuisine that will have you unbuckling the belt to fit more in. Located in the Village Square building in Center Village. Incline Bar & Grill A fun and eclectic dining establishment perfect to enjoy lunch, dinner, and apres. Enjoy apres specials from 3-5 on the sun soaked patio, or sit inside and watch March Madness on one of the 9 HD TVs. $3 New Belgium drafts, $2.50 PBRs, $3.50 well drinks and $4.50 house wines. On tap - house-made Patron Silver margs $6. Located in the Mill Club building right in the center of the Village at Copper. Pizza Carlo– Slopeside in the Center Village in the Copper Junction building, quality pizza & Italian dishes with daily drink specials & Margaritas. A local’s favorite right at the base of the mountain. Tucker's Tavern– Tucker's Tavern serves Italian and American cuisine with pizza, steaks, burgers, salads and more. A kids' menu and arcade will guarantee a good time for families. Daily specials such as: "Top Sirloin Tuesdays" only $12.50. Located in the Snow Bridge Square building in the Center Village. Copper Red Hots- Enjoy a new twist on an old favorite. Copper Red Hots specializes in creating the perfect hot dog, bratwurst, or specialty sausage. With 20 toppings to flavor your dog, you can choose from one of the menu creations or create a new combination of your own! Conveniently located at the base of the American Flyer lift right in the heart of the Village at Copper. Double Diamond Bar & Grill– Meet here for a drink or a juicy steak dinner. Wait-served lunches slopeside in the East Village’s Foxpine building. Offering a wide array of dishes in a lively atmosphere. C.B. Grille– The C.B. Grille invites guests to Copper Mountain’s most intimate and elegant dining experience. Then menu features the high country’s finest flavors including Juniper Grilled Elk Chops and a great New York Strip. Open Tuesday - Saturday. Located in the Passage Point building in the Village at Copper.
Storm King Lounge– Copper Mountain's wonderful sushi bar features fresh nigiri, rolls and other specialty items. An extensive cocktail selection including various martinis and choice single malt scotches satisfies refined tastes. Lounge open 3-8pm - Sushi 4-8pm. Located in the Mill Club building behind the Incline Bar in the Village at Copper. Zizzo Ski Bar– For true Rocky Mountain nightime fun this jumping establishment features tuscan style grilling on a patio overlooking Westlake. After dark, Zizzo transforms into Copper's Nightclub until 2 a.m., featuring the best audiovisual experience around and DJs spinning the hottest dance music. Located right in front of the ice rink in the Village at Copper.  Jack’s Slopeside Grill– Situated at the base of the American Eagle & Flyer chairlifts, this day lodge is the place to stop for a hearty breakfast or lunch on the mountain. A wide array of tastes are offered from pizza to burritos, burgers to Asian...you’ll find something to fill your stomach with here! When the slopes start to empty, Jack’s starts to jump with a fun happy hour & entertainment most days. Jill's Umbrella Bar– Visit Copper's only exclusively outdoor umbrella bar. Jill's bar has a distinctively European setting and great views of the slopes. Mingle, Drink, and enjoy the sunny days of Colorado's winters. This is the place to enjoy apres at its finest while watching the stars of Copper do their tricks on the Superpie. Open from 11am-5:30pm if the weather allows and located in the Copper One building right next to Jack's at the base of the American Eagle lift.

UP THE HILL
Solitude Station– Grab a quick snack or sit down for a hearty breakfast or lunch in this mid-mountain lodge. At the top of the American Eagle Lift…the perfect place to dine in or sit out on the picnic tables overlooking the slopes. Great for colder days—put your skis back on after lunch & start skiing rather than taking a cold lift ride up right after resting.

T-Rex Grill– Hit this unique day lodge during the off-lunch hours as the line can be long. Located at the base of the Timberline lift, you can grab a tasty burger & beer here while sitting out on the deck in the sun. The menu is limited, but it is a good place to take a quick lunch break. Flyer's Chili & Soup Shack– Don’t know what it is really called, but this grill & soup hut is located between the Timberline & American Flyer chairlifts on the mountain. Open on the nicer days, the soup is very good but the supply is limited, so stop in when your tummy is feeling a little empty. Dinning in the Woods– Ride a sleigh drawn by magnificent Draft Horses from the center of Copper to a wooded dining camp situated on the mountainside. Venture back to the western times with musical entertainment & a gourmet meal with a full wine & liquor selection. Two departures nightly, call us for reservations.
